TA-DA

TaDa is AB InBev’s delivery app across Latin America, and it had the cart abandonment problem every e-commerce business has — along with the same tired answer available: discount until it works. We did the opposite. Twenty-four hours after you walked away, the app showed you a film of the night those drinks would have been. Regret, it turns out, converts better than ten percent off.

Role → Creative director, leading the idea through to the engine that made it.

Results

Regret converts

16.5% of abandoned carts recovered.

Click-through up 400%. App downloads up 57%.

More than 52,000 unique predictions generated — one per basket walked away from.

How it works

A storytelling engine, not a template

A custom AI pipeline built into the TaDa app. A language model trained on brand voice by our own copywriters, image generation trained on a bespoke illustration style so every frame looked drawn rather than generated, and ElevenLabs speech giving Can Man a voice.

Rendered on the fly, in Spanish, and specific to the basket you left behind.

The campaign

Twenty-four hours later

The film arrives a day after you abandon the cart — animated, specific, and about your evening rather than your basket.

Four of those predictions we made real and handed to the people who had nearly ordered them. Creators carried the rest.
